Als Customer Support Agent vertegenwoordig je een Belgisch bedrijf dat deel uitmaakt van een grootschalige internationale groep, gespecialiseerd in dienstencheques en lunchpassen.

Je biedt ondersteuning aan klanten met vragen over onderwerpen zoals wachtwoorden, het wijzigen van persoonlijke gegevens, niet ontvangen bestellingen, verzoeken voor fiscale certificaten, enzovoort.

Jouw rol is om aandachtig te luisteren om precies te bepalen wat de klant vraagt. Hoe kun je de klant op de meest efficiënte en beste manier helpen?

Als medewerker Klantenservice zorg jij ervoor dat de klant de beste service ontvangt op een enthousiaste en correcte manier, en dat hij tevreden de het gesprek beëindigt.

Als Technical Customer Service Agent van Proximus, ben jij het telefonische aanspreekpunt voor de klanten van Proximus, een groot internationaal telecombedrijf met veel Belgische klanten.

Jij helpt hen met hun vragen, problemen of klachten en voorziet hen van het beste advies.

De vragen die aan bod komen zijn uiteenlopend en verschillen qua complexiteit. Klanten kunnen bijvoorbeeld bellen, omdat ze niet kunnen inloggen op hun account. Het is echter ook mogelijk dat ze bellen over meer complexe problemen, zoals een gps-signaal dat plotseling niet meer werkt, een Wifi/ tv-aansluiting of een afstandsbediening die niet goed functioneert.

Je bent het visite kaartje van Proximus en je weet het juiste imago van Proximus te vertalen in je gesprekken. Je zorgt dat je iedere gesprek met een glimlach afrond.
