Our responsibility towards society
Firmly believing in our Values, as well as in our extensive Code of Ethics, we strive to create a work environment for our employees which is free from discrimination based on gender, age, religious or political beliefs, sexual orientation, cultural or natural origin and harassment or coercion of any kind. We do not tolerate discrimination.
We frequently organise charity events, and actively encourage and support our employees to share and organise their own events to bring people together with the aim to do good, and give something back to society, to which we all belong. Our building is BREEAM certified, and (social) sustainability is a major criteria when choosing our vendors.
We do not engage in any partnerships with companies that do not share our views regarding CSR, good business conduct and sustainability, be it social or environmental.
